Official Regulations for the “MaxMondial” advertising campaign

1. Campaign Organizer

Art. 1. The organizer of the "MaxMondial" advertising campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is the company Maxbet Malta Limited, a company established and operating in accordance with the laws of Malta, with its registered office at 26, The Forum Office, Triq L-Uqija, Swieqi, SWQ2335, Malta, with registration number at the Malta Trade Register C 72878, tax identification code in Romania 35831509, through the administrator Manuel Bauer, (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. Campaign Description

Art. 2.1. This Campaign consists of granting daily bonuses, granted under the conditions described in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Official Regulations"), and Participants have the chance to win one or more of the bonuses described in Section 8 of these Official Regulations.

3. Official Rules

Art. 3.1. The Official Regulations for participation in this Campaign are available, free of charge, to any interested person, on the website www.maxbet.ro (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). The Official Regulations can be requested at the e-mail address suport@maxbet.ro , and will be sent by e-mail to the interested person, at the e-mail address indicated by him/her.

Art. 3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Official Regulations in all its aspects (including the period of the Campaign or the prizes awarded), bringing the amended Official Regulations to the attention of the Participants by posting them on the Site. Any amendment to the Official Regulations becomes applicable and is binding on the Participants from the moment of their posting on the Site.

Art. 3.3. By registering for the Campaign, participants declare that they understand, agree and accept the terms and conditions of these Regulations.

4. Conditions of participation

Art. 4.1. The terms and conditions of these Official Regulations, as set out below, are binding on all Campaign Participants.
Art. 4.2. Any natural person who meets the following conditions may participate in the Campaign:
(i)   is 18 years of age at the start of the Campaign;
(ii)   has his/her domicile/residence in Romania, including foreign citizens temporarily and legally present on Romanian territory during the Campaign;
(iii)   holds an already registered gaming account or registers a new gaming account on the Site, based on a valid identity document, according to the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 77/2009, with subsequent amendments and supplements, and of Government Decision no. 111/2016, with subsequent amendments and supplements;
(iv)   has a verified game account (i.e. the authenticity of the data provided by the Participant when registering the game account has already been verified and confirmed by the Organizer), whose currency is RON and records a pre-established activity in the game account as detailed in art. 7.2. of the Regulation.
Art. 4.3. Partners, significant shareholders, members of the Organizer's management team and control body, employees, collaborators, representatives of the Organizer, as well as their spouses and first-degree relatives, employees, collaborators and representatives of all advertising agencies involved in the creation and production of materials related to this Campaign, as well as their spouses and first-degree relatives, ONJN staff and members of the ONJN Supervisory Committee, as well as all other persons who are prohibited from participating in gambling in accordance with the provisions of GEO no. 77/2009, as amended and supplemented, and of GD no. 111/2016, as amended and supplemented, are not entitled to participate in the Campaign.
Art. 4.4. Persons who, at any time during the Campaign, are self-excluded or have been declared undesirable for participation in the games of chance made available through the Site are not entitled to participate in the Campaign or, if they have participated, will be disqualified.
Art. 4.5. Participants whose gaming accounts have been closed or suspended or restricted from receiving bonuses, before or during the Campaign, as a result of violating the General Terms and Conditions applicable on the Site or legal provisions, as well as as a result of self-exclusion or restriction of access to participation in gambling games made available through the Site, lose the right to participate in the Campaign, as well as any right to the prizes.
Art. 4.6. Participation in the Campaign implies full, unreserved and freely consented acceptance of the provisions of these Official Regulations by each Participant. By participating in the Campaign, Participants accept the provisions of these Regulations and undertake to comply with them.
Art. 4.7. For the purposes of these Official Regulations, the term "Participant" designates a natural person who cumulatively meets the provisions of Art. 4.1. - 4.6. above.

5. Campaign Period

Art. 5.1. The Campaign will run from June 11, 2026, 10:01 AM – July 19, 2026, 11:59 PM (“Campaign End Date”), with the possibility of extension.
Art. 5.2. All times and dates mentioned are reported in Romanian time.
Art.5.3. The winners of the 10 bonuses, awarded at the end of the Campaign by drawing lots, will be designated on July 21, 2026.

6. Campaign location

Art. 6.1. The campaign will take place on the website https://www.maxbet.ro.

7. Deployment mechanism

Art. 7.1. By participating in this Campaign, the Participant understands and accepts that the name, surname, username, as well as other personal information required for managing participation in the Campaign and provided by the Participant may be used to conduct the Campaign, as well as to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Organizer, as detailed in Section 12 below.
Art. 7.2. To be eligible for a bonus, the Participant must choose the Casino or Sports section daily, subsequently choosing one of the 3 other portion areas: left win, middle win, right win.
If the Participant has chosen the Casino section, depending on the goal area he shot at, one of the following types of bonuses will be awarded: Bonus awarded as a result of a minimum deposit, Bonus awarded as a result of meeting a minimum turnover requirement or free bonuses.
If the Participant has chosen the Sports Betting section, depending on the goal area he shot at, one of the following types of bonus will be awarded: Bonus awarded following a minimum deposit, Bonus awarded with a minimum wagering requirement or Free Bet.
Art. 7.3. To be eligible for a free bonus, the Participant must have made at least one deposit by the time the target is chosen.
Art. 7.4. Each Participant can benefit from one bonus/day. The Terms and Conditions of each bonus are available at the time of its granting.
Art. 7.5. Once the bonus has been declined/cancelled, it cannot be reactivated on that day.
Art. 7.6. The Organizer assumes no liability for any disputes related to the ownership of the bonuses awarded.
Art. 7.7. For each activated bonus, each Participant will receive a ticket for the draw on July 21, 2026. Each Participant can receive a maximum of one ticket daily, with only one bonus/day being possible.

8. The system for determining the winners of the Campaign

8.1 On July 21, 2026, 10 bonuses will be awarded, depending on the order of ticket drawing.
1. First ticket drawn: 5,000 RON bonus money
2. Second drawn ticket: 8,500 RON bonus money
3. Third drawn ticket: 9,000 RON bonus money
4. Fourth extra ticket: 10,000 RON bonus money
5. Fifth drawn ticket: 12,500 RON bonus money
6. Sixth drawn ticket: 15,000 RON bonus money
7. Seventh drawn ticket: 20,000 RON bonus money
8. Eighth ticket drawn: 27,500 RON bonus money
9. Ninth drawn ticket: 42,500 RON bonus money
10. Tenth drawn ticket: 100,000 RON bonus money

8.2. The participant has a maximum period of 5 calendar days from the moment of the draw to submit whether they accept the crediting of the bonus amount to the game account. In the absence of a response within the mentioned period, it will be automatically canceled.

8.3. The bonus amount credited as a result of the draw has the following conditions:
-validity 30 days;
-x1 wagering requirement (the bonus money amount becomes available for withdrawal only after the minimum wagering requirement is met – the entire bonus amount must be wagered in the game);
-the maximum amount that can be bet is 100 RON (20 EURO) to contribute to the turnover;
-it is only available on Amusnet slots, the minimum turnover being required to be met only on these games;
- Once the wagering has been completed, the amount that will be won and becomes available for withdrawal cannot exceed the bonus amount.

Art. 8.4. The announcement of the Participants designated as winners and the prizes awarded to them will be made through email and/or telephone communication channels. Also, by participating in this Campaign, they agree to be called at the time of the draw.

9. Granting bonuses
Art. 9.1. If a winner's gaming account was closed after winning the bonus from the draw, due to his/her fault (violation of the Terms and Conditions, applicable legislation, including the Romanian gambling legislation), it will be cancelled in its entirety.
Art.9.2. If at the time of crediting the prizes a Participant has a closed account or has a game break set, he/she will not be eligible for their award.
Art. 9.3. Bonus prizes awarded within the Campaign (in the form of bonus money, in the form of Free Spins or Free Bets) become available for withdrawal only after fulfilling the wagering requirements as regulated at the time of their award.

10. Bonus value
Art 10.1. Players can earn multiple bonuses during the promotional campaign, but not more than one bonus/day.

11. Personal data protection

Art. 11.1. MAXBET MALTA LIMITED is a personal data controller within the meaning of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "GDPR").

Art. 11.2. The persons concerned by the processing of personal data are the natural persons who register for this Promotional Campaign according to the Official Regulations (participants, including winning participants), regardless of whether it is later proven that they did not meet the conditions to be considered participants according to the Official Regulations.

Art. 11.3. Personal data belonging to participants are processed by the Organizer in order to carry out this Promotional Campaign, namely for the registration of participants, the designation of winners, the validation of winners, the awarding of prizes, or the resolution of complaints made by participants in connection with the conduct of the Campaign under the contractual relationship between the participant and Maxbet as a result of the participant's acceptance of these Regulations.
The personal data of the participants may also be processed in order to fulfill the legal obligations arising from the specific legislation on gambling, financial-accounting and fiscal (regarding the payment of related taxes and duties, if applicable), as well as for archiving. The data of the participants may also be processed by the Organizer in the context of resolving requests regarding the exercise of the rights of the data subjects regarding the processing of personal data, pursuant to the legal obligation incumbent on it according to the specific legislation on the protection of personal data.
The Organizer may also process data for the purpose of resolving complaints other than those mentioned above in points (i) and (ii), filed by persons who consider themselves aggrieved, based on the legitimate interest of the Organizer and/or them.
Also, the Organizer may process personal data to defend its rights, implement the provisions of the Regulation for defense in court and/or initiate other judicial or administrative procedures, including for the investigation of possible violations, the preparation of various reports, analyses and statistical studies regarding the organized marketing campaigns and their success, based on the Organizer's legitimate interest.
Art. 11.4. The categories of personal data processed are obtained directly from the data subjects and include: identification data (surname, first name, personal identification number, date of birth, username), contact data (telephone number, e-mail address, home address, contact address for prize delivery), respectively data regarding the gaming activity necessary to be processed to establish the ranking of this Campaign.
Art.11.5. The categories of recipients to whom the personal data processed within this Campaign may be transmitted are the following: the contractual partners of the Organizer, as well as companies in the same group as the Organizer, in order to carry out the Campaign (including the associated processors or operators involved in the Campaign); the competent authorities according to the legal provisions in force.
Art.11.6. Data transfers collected within the Campaign may be carried out by the operator to other states within the European Economic Area. At this time, we do not transfer and do not intend to transfer your personal data or part of it to other companies, organizations or individuals in third countries outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
Art.11.7. Personal data will be processed for the duration necessary to carry out the Campaign, and subsequently, in order to comply with applicable legal obligations, including, but not limited to, gambling, financial-accounting, fiscal, and archiving legislation.
Art. 11.8. Participants in the Campaign are guaranteed the rights provided for by the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, in particular according to the GDPR, respectively
the right to access data: you can request and receive confirmation from the Organizer regarding the details of data processing (what data we process and for what purpose, where and for how long we store it, who has access to it, etc.);
b)   the right to rectification: if the data we use is inaccurate or incomplete you can update it by requesting it (for example: if you have changed your phone number or email address you can contact us to update this data). This right can be exercised together with the right to restriction or opposition;
c)   the right to erasure of data: you can request that we erase some or all of the data we have about you.
Important! We will not be able to comply with the request in all cases (examples: the law obliges us to keep the data for a certain period; the data is useful to us for a legitimate interest such as defending a right in court);
d)   the right to restrict processing to the extent that the conditions provided by law are met: you can request that we not use the data concerning you, but only store it until another request that you have sent us is resolved, namely:
-   request for data rectification;
-   opposition to the deletion of data in the event of unlawful processing;
-   request to provide certain data for the defense of a right;
-   opposition to data processing – see point (f) below.
e)   the right to data portability: you can request that the data you have provided to us be communicated to you on a commonly used medium, in a machine-readable format. You can also request that the data concerning you be sent to another controller.
Important! The law obliges us to comply with the request only for data previously processed based on your consent or for the performance of the contract concluded with us and only if the data is processed by automated means.
f)   the right to object: you may, at any time, for justified and legitimate reasons related to your particular situation, oppose the processing of data concerning you, in accordance with legal provisions.
Important! The law obliges us to comply with the request only for processing carried out for direct marketing purposes (example: if you receive advertising emails from us you can request to unsubscribe). In other cases, we are obliged to carry out an analysis of each particular situation before making a final decision. Therefore, please also explain to us why you oppose the processing when making the request.
g)   The right not to be subject to automated decision-making: as a rule, you have the right not to be subject to an automated decision, if it produces legal effects or similarly affects you to a significant extent (example: automatic refusal to conclude a contract with you, based on automated data processing).
In the case of automated decision-making processes used in the Campaign, as described above (i.e., the use of the random.org website), you have the right to challenge the decision, express your point of view and obtain verification from a human factor according to the details in the Regulations.
h)   The right to withdraw consent: if we process data based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Important! The withdrawal of consent will only have effect for the future. Processing carried out for other purposes, such as the performance of the contract, will not be affected by the withdrawal.
i)   The right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: if you are dissatisfied, you can always contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, postal code 010336, Bucharest, Romania – www.dataprotection.ro) or the competent courts.

To exercise the rights mentioned above, as well as to request additional information regarding these rights in the context of the processing of your data, you can send a request to the following contact details: e-mail address – suport@maxbet.ro . Art. 11.10. To the extent that within this Campaign, Participants disclose personal data belonging to third parties, Participants confirm that they have informed these persons about the way in which their personal data will be processed and that these data are used for the purpose of conducting the Campaign, including for the award of the bonus (if applicable), and that they have obtained the consent of the respective persons for this operation. Participants are obliged to inform the aforementioned persons about the content of this section, in particular regarding the rights they enjoy with regard to the processing of their data and the entities to which these data may be disclosed in the context of this Campaign.

12. Liability

12.1. The Organizer assumes no liability regarding:

(a) the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by Participants;

(b) the impossibility of participating in the Campaign, loss of information or delays in registrations caused by causes that do not directly depend on the Organizer, such as: technical malfunctions caused by internet providers, mobile telephony, courier services, etc.

(c) technical errors of the slot providers participating in the Campaign, printing errors or other errors of the virtual tickets obtained within the Campaign; For the avoidance of doubt, in no case will more bonuses be awarded than those provided for in the Official Regulations.

(d) the inability of the Participant designated as the winner to take possession of the bonus for various reasons not attributable to the Organizer;

(e) all damages suffered by any Participant designated as a winner in connection with the bonus won;

(f) the quality or hidden or apparent defects of the prizes and benefits awarded in this Campaign. The manufacturer/provider of each product/service offered as a bonus within this Campaign will remedy any defect under the terms and conditions stipulated in the warranty certificates, if applicable;

(g) delays in the delivery/handing over of prizes caused by delays in the provision of services by postal service providers, etc.

(h) prizes sent by post/other courier company that do not reach their destination or arrive in a damaged condition, due to their improper functioning, due to incorrect communication of the postal address by the Participant designated as the winner or due to other causes not attributable to the Organizer or the persons for whom it is held responsible;

(i) technical problems or Participant's inability (browser errors, internet connection problems, hardware or software problems of the computer with which they access the Campaign Site, the participant's inability to work on the computer or browse the internet) that they may encounter when registering for the Campaign, for reasons not related to the Campaign Site.

13. Campaign Termination

Art. 13.1. This Campaign may terminate before the date mentioned in Section 5, without giving rise to any right to compensation or damages from the Organizer, in case of force majeure, fortuitous event, as defined in the applicable legislation in Romania, other events that determine an impossibility of execution, in other cases provided for by law, as well as by a unilateral decision of the Organizer. The termination or suspension of the Campaign will be brought to the public's attention by the Organizer by posting on the Site.
Art. 13.2. In the situations considered in this Section, the Organizer has no obligation to compensate or otherwise towards the Participants.

14. Other clauses

Art. 14.1. These Official Regulations stipulate a set of minimum conditions that Campaign Participants must meet in order to be considered eligible for participation in the Campaign, as well as for winning the prizes awarded by the Organizer within the Campaign.

Art. 14.2. Registration in the Campaign implies for the Participants the unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of its requirements.

Art. 14.3. Any violation of the provisions of these Official Regulations or of any legal provision gives the Organizer the right not to award the prizes to the persons thus declared winners.

Art. 14.4. Any cases not provided for in these Official Regulations will be resolved by decisions of the Organizer, which are binding for the Campaign Participants.
