Responsible gaming
2. As a responsible operator, we are aware that gambling can become a problem for some users and therefore we offer our users the opportunity to self-exclude themselves from using the Website and the Services, as well as to set certain financial limits in relation to the gambling in which they participate.
Self-exclusion and interruption of access to the game
3. You may self-exclude yourself from placing Gambling Transactions for a period of time (minimum 6 months) by contacting Customer Service or by accessing the “Responsible Gambling” online page on the Website which can be found in the “My Account” section. By making such a request to be excluded from the Website and the Services we offer, you acknowledge and agree that we will block your Account and that you will no longer be able to place Gambling Transactions for the applicable period, which will begin as soon as possible after receiving your request (and in any case no later than the next time you attempt to log in to the Website). The self-exclusion action will apply to all websites operated by us.
4. In addition to the self-exclusion measure, you also have the possibility to request interruption of access to gambling games offered on the Website, for a pre-established period of maximum 7 days.
5. During the period of self-exclusion (or, as the case may be, interruption of access to the game), you will not be able to place Gambling Transactions and you will not be able to access your Account. Upon your request, we will return to you any balances, including proceeds generated from bets in progress on events that occur/complete after the start of the self-exclusion period (or, as the case may be, interruption of access to the game). If you wish to reactivate your account after the temporary self-exclusion/interruption of access to the game has expired, you can do so by calling Customer Service at the telephone number: 0219238 or by e-mail at [email protected] , requesting the lifting of this restriction. For this reactivation to take effect, after the specified self-exclusion/interruption period of access to the game has expired, you will need to wait up to 24 hours, after which your account will be reactivated.
6. Once self-exclusion or game access interruption is implemented, we will take all necessary steps to stop sending you advertising materials. Please note that this restriction only applies to advertising materials sent by Maxbet.
7. During the period of self-exclusion/interruption of access to the game, you undertake not to violate or attempt to violate the exclusion regime that you have agreed to in accordance with this chapter, by attempting to place Gambling Transactions, use the Website or the Services we offer, either personally or through a third party. We will close any Accounts that violate the exclusion regime, at the time we discover this. Please note that if you access your Account and / or open a new Account during the period of self-exclusion/interruption of access to the game by any fraudulent means or by entering incorrect information, and our automatic verification mechanisms cannot prevent this, we do not assume any responsibility or liability to you or any third party in relation to the activity carried out (including in relation to the return of any deposits, winnings or any other such funds in relation to that activity). Any new Accounts opened by you (either personally or through a third party) during the self-exclusion/game access suspension period will be closed as soon as we detect them.
Setting Financial Limits
8. As part of our commitment to responsible gambling, you have the option to set a maximum deposit limit for your Account, which may be daily (24 hours), weekly or monthly. To set such a deposit limit, please contact Customer Service or (where applicable) select the relevant option on the Website, stating whether you would like a daily (24 hours), weekly or monthly deposit limit, and the amount you would like to set.
9. A decrease in the maximum deposit limit will take effect immediately, while an increase in a previously set limit can only take effect after a minimum period of 48 hours.
Prohibited Jurisdictions
10. You may not use the Website and/or the Services if you are located in a jurisdiction where gambling and/or any of the Services is prohibited (“Prohibited Jurisdiction”). The fact that the Website is accessible in a Prohibited Jurisdiction or is available in the official language of a Prohibited Jurisdiction does not grant permission to use the Website and/or any Services in such Prohibited Jurisdiction. Any attempt to circumvent this prohibition (for example, by using a VPN, proxy or similar service that manipulates the identification of your actual location or by providing false or misleading information as to your location, citizenship or place of residence or by placing bets on the Website through or on behalf of a third party located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction) is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. If it becomes apparent or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are located in any of the Prohibited Jurisdictions, this may result in the closure of your Account, the freezing of any funds in your account and the provision of information to any relevant authority, in accordance with applicable law. You will indemnify us for any damage or loss arising from or in connection with your breach of the provisions of this chapter. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website and/or any Services complies with Applicable Laws at all times and you do not use the Website and/or any Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction at any time.
11. Certain jurisdictions have not addressed the legality of online gambling, while in other jurisdictions it has been determined that online gambling is illegal. No amount of money deposited with us will bear any interest.
14. Funds deposited with Maxbet will be kept in a bank account distinct from the one through which current financial operations carried out by Maxbet are carried out.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you expressly agree to us carrying out any necessary identification activities, credit checks and other such verifications that we may request and/or that may be required of us in accordance with applicable law and relevant regulations, including requests received from authorities. You agree to provide us with any information and/or documents in connection with such verification checks at any time, complying, if applicable, with the formal requirements specified by us. In this regard, you expressly understand and accept that, in order to fulfill our legal obligations as a licensed gambling operator and to verify the authenticity of the information provided, Maxbet may request that legal identification documents and/or other verification documents be submitted in a certain format (for example, a photograph in which the identity document is held up to the face).

21. Until we are fully satisfied with the information and/or documents submitted as part of any verification check, we have the right to suspend and restrict your Account in any way we may deem appropriate, including preventing you from placing any further Gambling Transactions until such checks have been satisfactorily completed.
22. In order to comply with applicable law, we may request copies of your identity document, as well as other documents, both during the verification process of the data provided upon registration of the Account, and in other cases (for example, when making a deposit or withdrawal of funds from the Account). If you make a deposit and the verification process of the personal data provided upon registration is carried out directly by us, if the requested documents/information are not sent to us within 72 hours from the time of deposit, for security reasons, we may decide to suspend your Account until the requested documents/information are submitted and verified.
23. If we request your identity verification, until such time as the verification is properly completed, any withdrawal request you make will be suspended and considered pending. If the verification is approved, the withdrawal will be processed and the waiting time will be counted in business days. If the verification process is not successfully completed within a period of 30 days, your account will be suspended until the requested information has been submitted and verified.

c) Proof of address, which can be, for example: a bank statement (or utility bill) showing the name and address registered in the Account and issued within the last three months from the date of registration of the Account.

If the process of verifying the authenticity of the personal data provided upon Account registration is not completed within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the first deposit, the funds in your Account at the end of this period will be transferred to the Romanian state budget, in accordance with the legislation in force.
26. Please note that we may provide the information you provide to authorized credit agencies and/or fraud prevention agencies to confirm your details and card details. You agree that we may process, use, record and disclose the personal information you provide and that such personal data may be recorded by us or such agencies. For further information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Account Use
27. When registering an Account, you must choose a unique username and password. You must keep your username and password secure and confidential and not share them with anyone. You must not allow anyone to use your Account. You agree that any actions taken through the Account will be deemed to have been taken by you and Gambling Transactions concluded using the Account will be deemed to be valid transactions made by you. Maxbet assumes no liability for any activity taken through or in connection with the Account if you disclose your username and password associated with the Account.
28. You must keep all Account details (whether provided when registering the Account or subsequently) up to date. If any of the Account details change, you must notify us immediately, as failure to do so may result in certain transactions being declined by your financial institution. Updating your details can be done by contacting our Customer Services department. We are not responsible for any transactions declined due to incorrect details or details not being updated in accordance with this clause.
29. If you forget your username and/or password, or if you believe that someone else has learned your password, please contact our Customer Service department immediately.
30. You can monitor your Gambling Transactions by accessing the "History" section when you log in. You are responsible for all Gambling Transactions made through your Account.
31. In accordance with Applicable Laws, the payment instruments and methods (including, but not limited to, credit or debit card, bank account, etc.) registered and/or used in the Account and respectively when carrying out any financial transaction, such as deposits or withdrawals, must be issued in your name and belong to you as the holder. Any use contrary to the above may lead to the blocking of the payment method that is not issued in your name/does not belong to you as the holder, as well as the cancellation of any Gambling Transaction and any winnings resulting from the use of funds from the respective methods.
32. You warrant that you are acting in your own name and that you will not use the Account in the name or on behalf of another person.
33. You may only hold one gaming account. We will close any duplicate accounts that we identify and reserve the right to void any Gaming Transactions made through such duplicate accounts.
Deposits and withdrawals
34. You agree that any financial transactions (e.g. deposits or withdrawals) that occur within your Account will be processed through a Payment Processor. Financial transactions carried out with us will appear on your bank statement as "Maxbet Limited" (or similar name).
35. Once your Account has been opened, you will be able to deposit funds into your Account using any of the deposit methods listed on the Website. To the extent that, at any given time, the deposit methods are not listed on the Website, you will only be able to make deposits using the payment methods listed below:

b) by means of a valid debit card, registered in your name and which is accepted by us;

36. Each request to deposit money into your Account will constitute a valid instruction to us and/or the Payment Processor to transfer a specific amount of money at your request to the Account you hold.
37. Unless otherwise specified on the Website, we accept payments only in EURO and RON and therefore all Gaming Transactions will only be made in EURO or RON and all balances associated with the Account will be displayed in EURO or RON.
38. We have the right to verify whether the funds you have requested to be deposited into your Account are available/free of any charges or fees of any kind, meaning we may request confirmation from the relevant Payment Processor, in accordance with the procedures used by the Payment Processor. Only when your deposits have been satisfactorily reviewed and confirmed by us and/or the Payment Processor, will your Account be credited with the relevant funds.
39. You must notify us immediately if the amount credited to your Account is incorrect. We have the right to cancel such transfers/Account balances or to recover such amounts from you, if you have withdrawn them.
40. Any Gambling Transaction concluded using amounts incorrectly credited to your Account will result in the cancellation of any winnings made from such transactions.
41. You expressly accept that, based on requests from us, you are required to provide us with additional information/documents regarding the deposits you make.
42. In principle, withdrawal of funds from the Account will be possible by the same method as that used by you for deposit. You also understand and accept that all amounts deposited into your gaming account must be wagered in full at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. Please note that certain games, such as those in the "Lotto" betting category or other games that will be marked/highlighted accordingly on the site, may not be taken into account for fulfilling the minimum wagering requirement. Maxbet Malta Limited reserves the right to refuse to process a withdrawal request until the amount of the deposits has been wagered in full.
43. If you wish to withdraw funds from the Account, you may make a request to do so only through the cashier function on the Website and using the methods set out in Article 42. Once we have approved your withdrawal request, and provided that you provide us with sufficient information as to how the funds should be transferred, we will transfer the relevant funds to you (less any fees/taxes and/or commissions incurred and/or any other amount of money that must be withheld from your withdrawal in order to comply with applicable law).
44. You expressly understand and agree that, in order to comply with applicable law, we may cancel or suspend any withdrawal request you make if we suspect that you are or may be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, illegal, non-compliant activity or any form of cheating. In such cases, we may engage in any investigation to analyze the relevant circumstances, and you agree to assist and cooperate with us in carrying out such proceedings. Furthermore, we may provide your personal information to a third party involved in the investigation of your Account activity, as specified in our Privacy Policy. Please note that our investigation may take up to 10 business days and may be extended by an additional 5 business days, if the investigation is conducted by the software provider or until the end of the investigation, if it is conducted by the competent authorities.
Fees and chargebacks (payment refusal)
45. We charge a 2% fee on each deposit of funds you make. In addition, if we suspect that you are misusing the deposit or withdrawal function, we reserve the right to charge you a fee that will reflect any costs incurred by us in connection with such misuse.
46. When you make a deposit via credit or debit card, some financial institutions classify gambling deposits as "cash" and may charge a flat fee and/or a fee with interest from the date of payment. Any fees or bank charges levied by the financial/payment institutions you use will be borne solely by you.
47. If you make repeated deposits and withdrawals but do not engage in a reasonable process of Gambling Transactions, we reserve the right to charge you a fee for this activity. You will receive notice before this fee is charged.
48. Please note that, depending on the applicable legal framework in your jurisdiction, you may have certain obligations (including but not limited to tax obligations) in relation to the winnings you have obtained at Maxbet.
49. If, for any reason, there is a chargeback request or other payment incident in connection with your Account, you accept and agree that we will suspend your Account for the period necessary to investigate the matter.
Suspension, closure and limitation of activity
50. If you wish to close your Account, please contact Customer Service.
51. If we have reasonable suspicions about your activity, we have the right to suspend or close your Account or impose limits on the use of the Account (for example, limiting stakes or winnings).
52. We may close or suspend your Account and/or cancel or limit all or any of your Gambling Transactions for the following main reasons (please note that the list is for illustrative purposes only):
a) we consider that you have used the Website and/or any of the Services fraudulently and/or for any illegal purposes and/or not in accordance with the purpose for which the Services are provided.
For the purposes of point a) above, you expressly understand and accept that the Services are provided strictly for entertainment purposes (and not for the purpose of obtaining income by you, such income being able to occur only accidentally by virtue of the hazard that characterizes gambling), so that the use of the Services for any other purpose may lead to the suspension and/or closure of the Account and/or the imposition of limits (for example, limiting stakes or winnings) with respect to your Account;
b) we believe that you have used the Website and/or any of the Services unfairly or that you have cheated or taken advantage of us or any of our other customers;
Example 1: We may suspend or close or limit the activity of your Account if we believe that you have committed or attempted to commit an abuse in connection with any promotional offer or bonus offered by Maxbet (for example, by creating duplicate accounts, placing bets on all possible outcomes of an event in order to incorrectly meet the wagering requirements applicable to a particular bonus, etc.)
Example 2: We may suspend or close or limit the activity of your Account if we believe that you have speculated or attempted to speculate on any inaccuracy or error in connection with our Services (for example, errors in displaying odds, manipulating the system by placing bets at odds that are not in line with the gambling market conditions for the relevant event, etc.)
c) we believe that by using your Account, you have placed Gambling Transactions in breach of the rules of the game, the regulations/policies of any type of sporting body or any professional body or of your employer;
d) we are required to do so by regulatory authorities or by means of a court order;
e) we consider that any of the events referred to in letters (a)-(f) have occurred or are likely to occur;
f) you do not provide all the information requested by us or do not provide it within the time limit specified by us or the information and documents requested do not comply with the form requirements specified by us;
g) we have reason to believe that you have violated or are violating these Terms and Conditions and/or the game rules and/or any other Maxbet rules or policies applicable to you;
h) We reserve the right, for justified reasons, to refuse, suspend or interrupt the provision of the Services to any user, for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of the Terms and Conditions, gambling legislation or any other applicable legal provisions. By way of example, the aforementioned measures may be applied in cases of violation of the Terms and Conditions and Maxbet Policies regarding, among others: prohibited jurisdictions, single account rule, self-exclusion regime, use or attempted use of the Site and/or the Services in a fraudulent manner, abuse or attempted abuse of bonuses or promotional offers, exploitation of errors or inaccuracies in relation to the Services, etc. In the same illustrative manner, the provision of the Services may be interrupted whenever necessary for maintenance, interventions or technical updates, as well as in other situations that require such measures to ensure the proper functioning of the Website or the Services.
53. When we close or suspend your Account, we may decide to retain or block/"freeze" the funds in the Account (in whole or in part) and you must indemnify us for all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by us. Furthermore, we may retain or block/freeze the funds in your Account following a request received from any relevant public authority or pursuant to any court order requiring us to retain or block the funds in your Account.
Use of the Services
54. We reserve the right to refuse all or part of a Gambling Transaction entered into by you for justified reasons. Gambling Transactions will not be confirmed if there are insufficient funds in the Account.
55. We will only accept Gambling Transactions made online (including via mobile phone or mobile application). Once a Gambling Transaction has been accepted by us, you cannot cancel that transaction. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details of the Gambling Transaction are correct.
56. Final winnings from Gambling Transactions that have been settled (in this regard, please note that certain bets may be re-settled) will be added to the Account balance. Any funds credited in error are not available for use and we reserve the right (i) to void any Gambling Transaction involving such funds and (ii) to withhold the relevant amount and reverse the transaction.
Specific conditions for fixed-odds bets (including sports betting)
57. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, Gambling Transactions involving the placing of a bet on a future event (sports or otherwise) constitute a "bet". The rules for sports betting govern the particular sporting event on which you place a bet. Those rules form part of these Terms and Conditions.
58. Before placing a bet, it is your responsibility to be fully informed and understand all the rules relating to that bet. If you place a bet, you will be deemed to have accepted all the Rules relating to that bet.
59. If the outcome of an event is already known when you place a bet, we reserve the right to void the bet, regardless of whether the bet is a winner or a loser.
60. When placing a bet, you will select the stake of your bet, according to the following conditions:
a) You will only be able to bet up to the amount available in your Account. When a bet is placed and accepted, the corresponding amount will be debited from your Account. If the stake for a bet is only partially covered by the amount available in your Account at that time, the bet will not be accepted;
b) we may impose restrictions on winnings, as further set out in this section of these terms and conditions;
c) if you attempt to place a bet for which the stake would exceed any maximum limits imposed by us at any given time, such bets are considered void and will not be accepted.
61. You may place multiple identical bets, in which case all such bets will be treated as separate bets. If you place a series of bets (whether identical or different), they will be analysed by us in the order in which they were received.
62. You must check that the bet is correct before confirming the bet placement. Any bet that is placed via the Website must be confirmed by us by the message "bet accepted" (or other similar name). We do not accept any responsibility for any bets that are displayed but not confirmed with such a message.
63. We reserve the right not to accept or to accept only part of any bet placed by you for any justified reason. We may also impose a lower stake than that requested by you.
64. In the event of a disagreement regarding the details of any bet placed, the records in our computer systems will prevail.
65. The cut-off time for placing bets on an event will be set by us. With the exception of in-play (live or ongoing) markets, bets that are accepted in error after the official or published start time of an event will be void. Disputes as to when a bet was placed will be resolved based on our transaction log.
66. If, during the betting period on an event, information becomes available that allows the outcome of such event to already be determined, we may set a new deadline for accepting bets or void the bet (Bets thus voided will be settled at odds of 1.00).
67. Bets placed and accepted within the applicable time limit cannot be revoked or modified, except as determined by us.
68. We reserve the right to impose limits on winnings arising from: (i) any bet placed on a particular event or sport (regardless of stake) and/or (ii) bets placed in any 24 hour or week period (regardless of stake) - such limits will be notified by us. For the purposes of determining the time of a relevant bet for the purposes of point (ii) above, the time at which the relevant event is decided and not the time at which the bet was placed will be taken into account.
69. We may impose limits on winnings different from or in addition to those set out in paragraph 63 and/or impose specific limits for individual customers where we have a justified reason.
70. Where more than one bet and/or a combination of single and/or multiple bets are placed on the same selections and we determine or suspect that they have come from you and one or more other players with whom you have an agreement or who are acting as part of a group or groups of players, acting in concert, or where you have opened multiple accounts and have placed the same bet on each of them contrary to these terms and conditions, without prejudice to any other remedies or rights we may have in such circumstances, we shall be entitled to apply relevant limits on winnings to the aggregate winnings on all such bets as if such bets were regarded as a single bet and/or to reduce the stake to the extent necessary to comply with any other applicable limits.
71. We reserve the right, for justified reasons, to suspend a market, refuse bets on a market or void a bet at any time. When a market is suspended, all bets placed will be void.
72. If a bet is declared void under these Terms and Conditions or under the Sports Betting Rules, it will be settled at odds of 1.00. This means that for single bets, the stake will be refunded to your Account and for multiple bets, the total odds of the multiple bet will be recalculated applying odds of 1.00 to the selection that was declared void.
73. We reserve the right to declare a bet void and withhold any potential winnings if the following circumstances arise:
a) the integrity of the relevant event has been questioned;
b) the price/quote was manipulated;
c) the established event has already occurred;
d) a person or persons are suspected of acting in conspiracy;
e) the venue and/or starting time of the event changes.
74. All bets will be settled on the official result of the event in question.
75. If we are unable (for any reason) to validate the outcome of an event (for example, due to loss of live broadcast), then the bet in question will be void, unless the outcome is already determined.
76. We accept no responsibility for typing, transmission and/or evaluation errors in connection with any bet placed. We also accept no responsibility for the incorrectness or incompleteness or inaccuracy of information provided through the Website, including but not limited to live scores and results. We are not responsible for the non-functioning or improper functioning of any equipment/device that prevents you from placing your bet.
Cash out function
77. Cash Out is a functionality that allows, where available, the possibility of closing a bet at a certain value, which is displayed before the outcome of the bet in question is finally determined.
a) Please note that the Cash Out feature is only available for certain events and bets (as will be displayed on the Website from time to time) and only if all bets on the selections entered are on eligible markets.
b) If you select to accept a cash-out offer, please note that between the time of selecting this offer and the establishment of all parameters of the offer there may be a time delay, price changes or a market suspension which may result in a new cash-out offer, these changes being generally generated by price fluctuations.
c) The Cash Out functionality takes into account the following main factors: the initial odds at which the bet was placed and the status of the bet at the relevant time.
d) Once the bet has been successfully closed via Cash Out, the bet will be considered completed.
e) Any Cash Out offer also relates to the stake, and once the Cash Out offer has been accepted, it is final.
f) Bets that qualify for certain bonuses, such as the Norocos 15/31/63 system, do not qualify for the Cash Out offer.
g) Bets placed that qualify for or contribute to any other offer are not eligible for Cash Out and will not be available for Cash Out.
h) Bets placed through the Cash Out function will not be taken into account for bonus rollover.
i) Bets that have been placed as "free bets", "tokens" or any other similar bonus cannot be closed via Cash Out.
j) Maxbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or revoke the availability of the Cash Out feature at any time, on any market, bet type or to any customer.
k) In the event of an error affecting the Cash Out function, it will be resolved in accordance with these terms and conditions.
l) In the event of an error in our odds setting, the bet containing the affected selection cannot be closed by Cash Out. If the bet affected by the errors has been closed by Cash Out or has been accepted in error, then the Cash Out transaction will be voided and the original bet will also be voided.
m) If an error occurs whereby the amount collected through Cash Out is incorrect, then the Cash Out transaction will be cancelled and the original bet will be settled based on the final result with the original odds applied to the bet.
n) If further attempts are made to place bets and use the Cash Out feature on markets that are affected by an error, before the error is corrected, then the bet(s) closed via Cash Out and stakes will be void.
Errors or omissions
78. There may be a number of circumstances in which errors may occur in respect of Gambling Transactions or payments made by us. An error may be the result of human error or a failure of the computer programs used to provide the Services (including the Software). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any error (however caused), including, but not limited to, the following:
a) any odds or terms of a Gambling Transaction are incorrect as a result of an obvious error or omission in the input of information or market configuration or as a result of a software malfunction;
b) I made a "palpable error" (this term is frequently used in the gambling industry and includes, for example, the case where the odds offered are significantly different from those offered in the general market or the case where a bet has been placed and the odds are clearly incorrect, given the probability of the event occurring);
c) we continue to accept bets on a closed or suspended market or on events that are in progress (except where live bets are accepted);
d) we incorrectly calculate or pay inappropriate winnings;
e) an error occurs in a random number generator or paytable included, displayed or used in any game or product; and/or
f) a failure occurs in any hardware or communications system used to provide the Services.
79. We reserve the right to correct any identified error and to reinstate any Gambling Transaction at the correct price/odds or to apply the terms that were/would have been available (in the absence of the error) at the time the transaction was made.
80. If we are unable to correct and reinstate a Gaming Transaction that was the subject of an error, we reserve the right to cancel that transaction and withhold payment of any winnings. If we have awarded you any winnings as a result of an error, we reserve the right to withdraw those winnings and deduct them from your balance. If winnings obtained as a result of an error have been withdrawn from your account, we reserve the right to use all legal remedies to recover those winnings/money.
81. You must inform us of any error that occurs as soon as possible and you must not exploit this error to obtain winnings. If we believe that you have exploited this error to obtain winnings, we will not be liable to you in relation to those winnings. In the event that we have awarded you winnings as a result of you exploiting the error, we reserve the right to reclaim such winnings and/or deduct them from your balance.
82. Neither we, nor our employees, former employees, partners or suppliers will be liable for, nor will we be required to compensate you for, any error caused in the provision of the Services.

d) if we discover that you have more than one game account;
e) if we believe that you are engaging in any criminal activity, including money laundering;
f) whether there is a problem of illegality regarding a jurisdiction where gambling activity is not accepted;
g) if there is a suspicion that you are a minor and/or the identity verification process is not completed properly; and/or
h) in the event that we believe that the Website or a particular event for which bets are offered has been manipulated (including the hypothesis of match-fixing) or if there are integrity issues regarding your Account.
84. Improper use or abuse of a game voids any rollover, play or payments associated with your activity playing that game.
85. You must deposit money into your Account solely for the purpose of making Gambling Transactions. If we believe that you are depositing money without the intention of making such a transaction, we will be obliged to suspend or close your Account and, where appropriate, report this activity to the relevant authorities.
86. We reserve the right to close an account at any time for justified reasons. We may also close duplicate accounts, if any.

No single or partial exercise of any such right or remedy shall prevent or limit any subsequent exercise of any right or remedy.

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined by any competent authority or court to be null, ineffective or excessive either in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions as well as the remainder of the provision in question will continue to remain in force and produce full effects.
The complete agreement
117. These Terms and Conditions, as well as any other rules or policies referred to herein or governing your relationship with us (for example, the Privacy Policy, game rules, policies regarding promotional offers or bonuses offered by Maxbet), represent the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior understandings or commitments between you and us.

Links
122. Where we provide links to other websites, we do so for informational purposes only and you access these links at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for the content or use of any such website or the information contained on such websites.
Bonuses
123. Maxbet periodically organizes bonus campaigns for different gambling products offered. The terms and conditions of the bonus mechanism are defined in the policy/regulation applicable to the bonus, which may be adapted, in certain situations, depending on a specific bonus campaign. Bonuses may be subject to certain wagering requirements a number of times ("rollover requirement") before any winnings derived from the use of the bonus can be withdrawn. If a bonus is subject to a rollover requirement, winnings generated from the use of the bonus will only be able to be withdrawn when the rollover requirement is met.
124. An Account holder is eligible for only one bonus per campaign.
125. An Account holder is entitled to only one bonus per account, which means at most one bonus for the same user, IP address, computer device, family, home/residence address, telephone number, credit or debit card or electronic payment account, e-mail address and environments where computers are used in common (university, association, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
126. Abuse in relation to a bonus may include, but is not limited to, the following:
a) violation of the terms and conditions regarding the bonus, free bets or any other promotional offer;
b) opening multiple accounts in order to claim multiple bonuses.
127. If there is a reasonable suspicion that the account holder has committed or attempted to commit an abuse in relation to a bonus, on his own or together with other persons, Maxbet reserves the right:
a) to retain the bonus allocated to the account holder and any winnings obtained from that bonus and/or
b) revoke, refuse or withdraw a bonus offer made to the account holder and/or
c) block access to certain products and/or
d) exclude the account holder from any future promotional offer and/or
e) to close the account holder's account with immediate effect.
128. If there is a reasonable suspicion that a series of bets have been placed by a customer or group of customers, which, as a result of a bonus, free bet or any other promotional offer, results in guaranteed profits for the customer regardless of the outcome, Maxbet reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and settle the bets at the correct odds, to void the free bets and/or to void any bet funded by the bonus or bonus winnings.
129. Using the bonus to accumulate progress in games that allow saving progress (e.g. Level Up, missions, collections or other similar mechanics), followed by completing or canceling the bonus and continuing the game with real funds in order to capitalize on the progress obtained exclusively from bonus funds, constitutes misuse of the bonus.
Also, any strategy whereby bonus funds are used primarily to generate or accelerate progress in the game, and that progress is subsequently capitalized on using real funds or through any other method that may generate undue advantages for the player, is considered abusive.
In such cases, MaxBet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the accumulated progress, to cancel any winnings resulting directly or indirectly from such progress, to cancel active or awarded bonuses, as well as to restrict the user's access to future promotions or offers. MaxBet may also suspend or close the user's account and report the behavior to the competent authorities, in accordance with applicable law.
MaxBet also reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take the necessary measures to prevent the misuse of promotions and bonuses.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy
130. Maxbet, as well as all relevant authorities, may control all transactions to prevent money laundering and transaction fraud. All transactions will be checked for the purpose of preventing money laundering.
BETTING RULES
LIVE - General rules
If the result of a bet/event cannot be officially verified, we reserve the right to delay its validation until official information is available.
In case of display errors of the data entered into the system, the ORGANIZER reserves the right to consider bets as void or to validate them using the correct odds even if the errors are discovered after the end of the event. This also includes a deviation of more than 100% of the payout compared to the market average.
If for various reasons the video broadcast of the event is interrupted, but it is proceeding normally, bets will be validated normally. If the result of an event cannot be officially verified, we reserve the right to validate the event with odds of 1.00.
In the event of incorrect validation of a bet/event, we reserve the right to correct the error at any time, even after the event has been completed.
If an event is cancelled, postponed, suspended or interrupted before the end of regular playing time and is not continued within 48 hours, the bet for this event and derivatives that have not already been determined are void and odds of 1.00 are awarded.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific sport regulations, if, for any listed match, the venue for that match is changed to the away team's original ground, bets placed on the original listing will be declared void. If the venue is changed to a location other than the away team's ground, bets stand as long as the home team is still designated as the home team. This rule does not apply to events played on neutral ground, matches or tournaments with a fixed venue.
In the event that, due to technical difficulties, it is impossible to display the full names of the competitors (e.g. names of competitors in tennis matches, names of clubs, etc.), the names of the competitors may be abbreviated. Errors such as misprinting the name of the competition or competitors (e.g.: Barcelona - Barcelona) - if they do not affect the essence of the bets - will not be taken into account. If the error is such that it affects the understanding of the bets, the respective bets will be voided and the odds awarded will be 1.00 (e.g.: instead of Real Madrid it is written Real Mallorca, etc.).
If a club's reserve or youth team plays instead of the main team, that event will be canceled, for all events in the offer.
We reserve the right to suspend the odds of an event in the event of technical problems or if an attempt at fraud is detected.
We reserve the right to void certain bets if they were won by taking advantage of a technical error in the system (without being limited to this reason).
Unless otherwise stated, a score of 0:0 is considered even.
Win the rest of the match – The result of the time interval from the moment the bet is placed until the end of regular playing time is indicated (at the moment the bet is placed, the score recorded up to that point is no longer taken into account)
Win the rest of the half “X” - The result of the time interval from the moment the bet is placed until the end of the half “X” is indicated (at the moment the bet is placed, the score recorded up to that point is no longer taken into account)
Win the rest of the “X” quarter - The result of the time interval from the moment the bet is placed until the end of the “X” quarter is indicated (at the moment the bet is placed, the score recorded up to that point is no longer taken into account)
FOOTBALL
All bets (except bets on half-time, first half, overtime, penalties) refer to regular time, unless specifically stated otherwise in the betting offer.
Events are validated according to the regular playing time of a football match (unless otherwise specified in the offer) including overtime dictated by the referee caused by injuries/interruptions during the game, but does not include extra time or penalty kicks.
If the bet remains open after the following events have occurred: goals, red or yellow-red cards, penalties, or in situations where a video assistant referee (VAR) decision results in one of the above-mentioned events being awarded, we reserve the right to void the bet.
If the bet was opened with a missing or incorrect card, we reserve the right to void the bet.
If the odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 5 minutes), we reserve the right to void the bet.
If an incorrect score is entered, all bets will be void for the time period in which the incorrect score was displayed.
If the team/player names or categories are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to award odds of 1.00 to the bet.
In the event of any changes caused by the video assistant referee (VAR), which affect the score or cards/corners/penalties, from the moment the event in question took place until the moment the decision is made by the officials, we reserve the right to award odds of 1.00 to the bet.
In the case of betting on cards (only for bets where the card colour is not specified), a yellow card counts as 1 card and a red card counts as 2. A player's second yellow card does not count. Consequently, a player cannot have more than 3 cards. Settlement is based on all evidence of cards shown during the regular 90 minutes. Cards shown after regular time do not count.
Cards received by non-players (players who have been substituted, coaches, players on the bench) are not taken into account.
Corners awarded but not taken are not taken into account.
Own goals are not taken into account in the case of "any time goalscorer" or "player to score" bets.
All players who start the match or enter during the match are considered participants in the game.
If a goalscorer is not in the offer and scores all bets on goalscorers remain valid.
Validations are generally made based on TV images or available official sources (they are only taken into account in the case of obviously incorrect statistics)
Bets are settled based on the time announced on TV. If this is not available, the minute according to the official game time (clock) is used.
Bets are settled according to the minute the ball crosses the goal line and not the minute the ball was kicked.
Corner interval bets are settled based on the time the corner kick is played and not the time it was taken or awarded.
Bets on card intervals are settled based on the time the card is shown and not the time the rule violation occurred.
Bets on offside intervals are settled based on the time the referee makes the decision. This rule will apply in any situation involving the Video Assistant Referee (VAR).
Penalty shootout bets are settled based on the time the referee makes the decision. This rule will apply in any situation involving the Video Assistant Referee (VAR).
Penalties awarded but not taken are not taken into account.
In case of betting on cards without specifying the card colour, a yellow card counts as 1 card and a red or yellow-red card counts as 2. A second yellow card for a player leading to a yellow-red card does not count. Consequently, a player cannot receive more than 3 cards.
For betting on card points, a yellow card counts as 10 points and a red or yellow-red card counts as 25 points. A second yellow card for a player that results in a yellow-red card does not count. As a result, a player cannot accumulate more than 35 penalty points.
For bets on 5 min. / 15 min. intervals, events (goals, corners) in the extra minutes awarded by the referee that are related to the intervals 41-45 and 31-45 of the specified half will also be taken into account.
For goal scoring method X:
- Free kick: the goal must be scored directly from a free kick or corner kick to count. Deflected kicks count if the goal is awarded to the Participant who took the free kick or corner kick.
- Penalty: the goal must be scored directly from a penalty kick. Goals scored after a clearance or a missed shot do not count.
- Own goal: if the goal was declared an own goal.
- Heading: the last touch of the ball by the scorer must be with the head.
- Shot: the goal must be scored with any part of the body other than the head, and other types are not taken into account.
- No goals scored.
Tennis
Important
- In case of withdrawal or no-show of any player, all undecided bets are considered void.
- In case of any delay (rain, darkness, etc.) all bets remain unsettled and will still stand until the match resumes.
- If a penalty point is awarded by the referee, all bets on that game remain valid.
- If a match ends before a certain point/game is completed, all points/games related to that point/game will be considered void.

Pre-Match - General Rules
Unless otherwise stated in the specific sport regulations, if, for any listed match, the venue for that match is changed to the away team's original ground, bets placed on the original listing will be declared void. If the venue is changed to a location other than the away team's ground, bets stand as long as the home team is still designated as the home team. This rule does not apply to events played on neutral grounds, matches or tournaments with a fixed venue.
In the event that, due to technical difficulties, it is impossible to display the full names of the competitors (e.g. names of competitors in tennis matches, names of clubs, etc.), the names of the competitors may be abbreviated. Errors such as printing the name of the competition or competitors incorrectly (e.g.: Barcelona - Barcelona), if they do not affect the essence of the bets, will not be taken into account. If the error is such that it affects the understanding of the bets, the respective bets will be canceled and the odds awarded will be 1.00 (e.g.: instead of Real Madrid it is written Real Mallorca, etc.).
If a club's reserve or youth team plays instead of its main team, that event will be canceled, for all events in the offer.
In the case of matches that are not played under the standard conditions of the rules specific to the respective sport, bets will be void unless otherwise specified in the betting offer.
Unless otherwise specified in the offer, the bets offered refer to the regular playing time of the respective sport.
The odds in the betting offer may change over time and events may also be suspended from the betting offer and reopened later or even blocked before the start time.
In case of display errors of the data entered into the system, the Organizer reserves the right to consider bets as void or to validate them using the correct odds even if the errors are discovered after the end of the event. This also includes a deviation of more than 100% of the payout compared to the market average.
We reserve the right to suspend the odds of an event in the event of technical problems or if an attempt at fraud is detected.
We reserve the right to void certain bets if they were won by taking advantage of a technical error in the system (without being limited to this reason).
If an event is cancelled, postponed, suspended or interrupted before the end of regular playing time and is not continued within 48 hours, the bet for this event and derivatives that have not already been determined is void and odds of 1.00 are awarded.
If a bet type only refers to the victory of one of the teams and ends with a draw, then the bet is validated with odds of 1.00.
In the case of bets of the type "First team to X goals/points", if the match is completed before that limit, it will be validated with odds of 1.00.
Unless otherwise stated, a score of 0:0 is considered even.
If the result of a bet/event cannot be officially verified, we have the right to postpone its validation until information is available. If, however, the result cannot be officially verified, it can be validated at odds of 1.00.
If an event is played before the scheduled start date and time, then all bets placed after the start time will be considered void.
In the event of incorrect validation of a bet/event, we reserve the right to correct the error.
The following rules apply to “Duel” bets (unless otherwise specified in the betting offer):
- at least one of the competitors must finish the match, otherwise it is validated with odds of 1.00
- if one of the competitors does not take part in the event, then it is validated with odds of 1.00
- if competitors are disqualified, the bet is validated at odds of 1.00
- if the competitors obtain the same result and the tie option is not offered, then it is validated with odds of 1
The organizer will consider "winner" bets in which the player chooses multiple betting events that cancel each other out as losers.
If the event is cancelled then bets are validated with odds of 1.00.
If the venue of an event changes, we reserve the right to validate bets with odds of 1.00.
For the approval of the event, the final result established by the first official announcements is taken into account. No changes or subsequent decisions, individual or by any committee, are taken into account.
When multiple participants finish in a dead-heat, the player's stake will be divided by the number of participants involved in the tie. The player will be paid at full odds for this reduced stake. The remaining money in the player's stake will be lost.
If a player does not participate in the event, all bets in which he is included will be validated with odds of 1.00.
