1. The Free Bet is valid for 3 days from the date it was awarded; the bet should be placed but also settled in the period mentioned. 

2. Players must place the FREEBET only once for any event with a minimum odd of 2.00. for single bets. For a multiple bet any selection will have a minimum odd of 1.50. System bets are not accepted.

3. If the bets is win, the player will receive the income (total income - Free Bet) in real money. 

4. In order to withdraw the  winnings from a Free Bet, a minimum deposit of € 25 or 100RON is required.

5. If the Free Bet has been placed on an event for which the odds have been changed, for any reason, and it becomes 1.00, and also in the case of a cashout bet, the bet will be deemed lost.

6. The maximum winning that can be claimed is 10 times the amount of the Free Bet.

7. In the case where there are suspicions that the terms and conditions have been breached and that the participants use free bets or other promotional offers to guarantee profits, regardless of the result, MaxBet & icirc; to cancel free bets or any bets funded by bonuses.

8. In case a player has more active Free Bets and placed contradictory bets, we reserve the right to cancel the Free Bets and any winnings too. 

9. MaxBet reserves the right to cancel the bonus at any time when a player is suspicious of Incorrect Game. In this case, we reserve the right to remove any promotion or bonus and/or to confiscate the winnings and/or to close the game account. The term Incorrect Game includes, but is not limited to, low bets, egg betting, risk-free bets or hedge betting. All this are considered to be an Incorrect Game practice, when they are used specifically to abuse of bonuses.

10. Duplicate accounts are not eligible for this promotion. One person is accepted per home/dorm/office/computer/mobile device for this promotion. In the event that MaxBet decides at its sole discretion that a participant has breached the Terms and Conditions of Promotion in any way whatsoever, without limiting the opening of multiple accounts and/or executing any other act with bad faith in connection with promotion, such a participant will be excluded from the Promotion and its Balance will be canceled.

11. If there are suspicions that a series of bets have been placed by or for the same person or for the same trade union of individuals, Maxbet.ro reserves the right to cancel the bets, to cancel the bonus and to withhold the payment.

12. Participants must comply with the eligibility requirements of these Terms and Conditions. By participating at the Promotion, each participant unreservedly agrees with these Terms and Conditions governing the Promotion and award of the bonus. MaxBet reserves the right to modify, cancel, withdraw or refuse to grant any promotion at its sole discretion through a published notice in a manner and a period of time that MaxBet deems appropriate, and you agree that such notification is considered sufficient and appropriate.
