Official Regulations for the “Maxisor” Advertising Campaign

1. Campaign Organizer

Art. 1. The organizer of the "Maxisor" advertising campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is the company MAXBET MALTA LIMITED, Maxbet Malta Limited, a company established and operating in accordance with the laws of Malta, with its registered office at 26, The Forum Office, Triq L-Uqija, Swieqi, SWQ2335, Malta, with registration number at the Malta Trade Register C 72878, tax identification code in Romania 35831509, through the administrator Manuel Bauer, (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. Campaign Description

Art. 2.1. This Campaign consists of an advertising lottery, organized in accordance with the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 on the marketing of market products and services, as subsequently amended and supplemented, within which, under the conditions described in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Official Regulations"), Participants have the chance to win one or more prizes, described in Section 10 of these Official Regulations.

3. Official Rules

Art. 3.1. The Official Rules for participation in this Campaign are available, free of charge, to any interested person on the website www.maxbet.ro (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). The Official Rules can be requested at the email address suport@maxbet.ro and will be sent by email to the interested person, at the email address indicated by him/her.

Art. 3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Official Regulations in any aspect (including, but not limited to, the duration of the Campaign or the prizes awarded). Any such modification will be communicated to the Participants, before being implemented, by publishing it on the Site.

Art. 3.3. By registering for the Campaign, participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of these Regulations.

4. Conditions of participation

Art. 4.1. The terms and conditions of these Official Regulations are binding on all Campaign Participants.

Art. 4.2. Any natural person who meets the following conditions may participate in the Campaign:

(i) is at least 18 years of age or older at the start of the Campaign;

(ii) has his/her domicile/residence in Romania, including foreign citizens temporarily and legally present on the territory of Romania during the Campaign;

(iii) holds an existing registered gaming account or registers a new gaming account on the Site, based on a valid identity document, in accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 77/2009, as subsequently amended and supplemented, and Government Decision no. 111/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented;

(iv) holds a verified game account, (i.e. the authenticity of the data provided by the Participant upon account registration has already been verified and confirmed by the Organizer) whose currency is RON and records a predetermined activity in the game account, as detailed in art. 7.2. of the Regulation;

(v) is not a person who, at the time of the Campaign, has restricted access or has been declared undesirable or is self-excluded (had/has gambling problems or problems with gambling addiction);

(vi) did not previously have a gaming account registered on the Maxbet.ro platform which, as a result of the Organizer's decision, was closed due to the account holder's failure to comply with the platform's terms and conditions;

(vii) does not belong to the category of persons mentioned in clause 4.3 below, those who are prohibited from participating in the Campaign.

Art. 4.3. The following categories of persons are expressly prohibited from participating in the Campaign: partners, significant shareholders, members of the management team and the control body of the Organizer, employees, persons who have been employed in the last 2 years by the Organizer or its affiliates or suppliers, collaborators and representatives of the Organizer, as well as spouses and first-degree relatives of all those mentioned.

Also, employees, collaborators and representatives of advertising agencies involved in the creation and production of materials related to the Campaign, as well as their spouses and first-degree relatives, cannot participate.

Participation is also prohibited to ONJN staff, members of the ONJN Supervisory Committee, as well as all persons who are prohibited from participating in gambling according to the provisions of GEO no. 77/2009 and GD no. 111/2016, with subsequent amendments and supplements.

Art. 4.4. Participants whose gaming accounts have been closed, suspended, blocked or restricted in any way since receiving bonuses, before or during the Campaign, as a result of violating the General Terms and Conditions applicable on the Site or legal provisions, as well as as a result of self-exclusion or restriction of access to participation in gambling games made available through the Site, lose the right to participate in the Campaign, as well as any right to prizes.

Art. 4.5. Participation in the Campaign implies full, unreserved and voluntary acceptance of the provisions of these Official Regulations by each Participant. By participating in the Campaign, Participants accept the provisions of these Regulations and undertake to comply with them.

Art. 4.6. All Campaign Participants must comply with applicable legislation, including Romanian legislation on gambling.

Art. 4.7. All Participants in the Campaign must be aware of and comply with the General Terms and Conditions applicable on the Website www.maxbet.ro, the Regulations applicable to each part of the tournament within the Campaign, as well as the Terms and Conditions applicable to bonuses awarded as prizes within the Campaign (in the form of Bonus Money and in the form of Free Spins). To the extent applicable, the Terms and Conditions, as well as the aforementioned Regulations, form an integral and binding part of these Regulations.

Art. 4.8. For the purposes of these Official Regulations, the term "Participant" designates a natural person who cumulatively meets the provisions of Art. 4.1. - 4.7. above.

Art. 4.9. Any attempt to fraudulently influence, manipulate or abuse the Campaign (including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, using automated systems/bots, collusion or exploiting software errors) will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of prizes and possible account closure, at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

5. Campaign Period

Art. 5.1. The Campaign will run from March 1, 2026, 10:00 AM to March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ("Campaign End Date"), with the possibility of extension.

Art. 5.2. All times and dates mentioned are reported in Romanian time.

6. Place of the Campaign

Art. 6.1. The campaign will take place exclusively on the website https://www.maxbet.ro.

7. Deployment mechanism

Art. 7.1. By participating in this Campaign, the Participant understands and accepts that the name, surname, username, as well as other personal data necessary for managing participation in the Campaign and provided by the Participant will be used exclusively for the purpose of organizing and conducting the Campaign, as well as for fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Organizer, as detailed in Section 12 below.

Art. 7.2. The Organizer assumes no responsibility and shall bear no liability for any disputes, claims or controversies related to the ownership, possession, transfer or use of the prizes awarded. By participating in the Campaign, each Participant expressly releases the Organizer from any liability arising from or in connection with the Campaign, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct attributable to the Organizer.

Art. 7.3. Within the framework of this Campaign, no participation fees are charged within the meaning of GEO no. 77/2009, and the Campaign does not bring any changes to the gambling regulations available on the Site and applicable at the level of the Organizer.

8. The system for determining the winners of the Campaign

Art. 8.1. During the Campaign (March 1, 2026, 10:00 AM – March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM), bonuses will be randomly awarded in the following forms: Bonus Money and Free Spins.

Art. 8.2. The bonus (Bonus Money and Free Spins) will be granted immediately after it has been won, with a pop-up message displayed on the game page containing the name of the bonus, its amount, as well as its terms and conditions. The bonus can only be claimed on that day.

Art. 8.2. During the Campaign period (March 1, 2026, 10:00 AM – March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM), virtual tickets will be awarded in the following two situations: for each activated bonus, the Participant will receive one ticket, and for each 100 RON deposited, the Participant will also receive one ticket.

Art. 8.5. On April 2, 2026, a drawing will be made through the online system made available byhttps://www.random.org/, where a file with the virtual tickets accumulated by all Participants until the end of the Campaign will be uploaded.

The drawing process used to award prizes is transparent, automated and auditable, in accordance with the provisions of the ONJN and consumer protection legislation.

Art. 8.6. The virtual tickets awarded to Participants for the draw on April 2, 2026 are automatically recorded in a file (database) in the possession of the Organizer and serve to validate each drawn ticket.

Art. 8.7. Following the draw on April 2, 2026, the following prizes will be awarded, in the form of Bonus Money.

First statement: 150,000 RON

Second statement: 40,000 RON

Third statement: 25,000 RON

Fourth statement: 20,000 RON

Fifth statement: 15,000 RON

Art. 8.8. Bonus Money has the following conditions:

- validity 30 days;

- x1 turnover condition (the amount of bonus points becomes available for withdrawal only after meeting the minimum turnover condition);

- the entire bonus amount must be wagered in the game, being available only at the slots of the EGT Digital provider;

- the maximum amount that can be bet is 100 RON to contribute to the turnover;

- once the rollover has been completed, the maximum amount converted into real money cannot exceed the bonus amount received; any winnings exceeding the bonus amount will be voided.

Art. 8.9. The announcement of the Participants designated as winners and the prizes awarded to them will be made via e-mail and/or telephone communication channels.

9. Granting bonuses

Art. 9.1. The bonus amount will be credited to the game account within a maximum of 5 business days from the moment of withdrawal.

Art. 9.2. If a winner's game account was closed after winning the prize, due to his/her fault (violation of the Terms and Conditions, applicable legislation, including Romanian legislation on gambling), the prize will be cancelled in full.

11. Taxes and duties

Art. 11.1 Bonus amounts (money) are not taxable if they are awarded instead of physical prizes, nor are free spins, as they are awarded for the purpose of stimulating sales.

The prize fee is included in the gross value of the advertising campaign.

12. Protection of personal data

Art. 12.1. MAXBET MALTA LIMITED is a personal data controller within the meaning of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

Art. 12.2. The persons concerned by the processing of personal data are the natural persons who register for this Promotional Campaign according to the Official Regulations (participants, including winning participants), regardless of whether it is later proven that they did not meet the conditions to be considered Participants according to the Official Regulations.

Art. 12.3. Personal data belonging to participants are processed by the Organizer for the purpose of carrying out this Promotional Campaign, namely for the registration of participants, the designation of winners, the validation of winners, the awarding of prizes or the settlement of complaints filed by participants in connection with the conduct of the Campaign under the contractual relationship between the participant and Maxbet, as a result of the participant's acceptance of these Regulations.

The personal data of the participants may also be processed in order to fulfill the legal obligations arising from the specific legislation on gambling, financial-accounting and fiscal (regarding the payment of related taxes and fees, if applicable), as well as for archiving. The participants' data may also be processed by the Organizer in the context of resolving requests regarding the exercise of the rights of the data subjects regarding the processing of personal data, pursuant to the legal obligation incumbent on it under the specific legislation on the protection of personal data.

The Organizer may also process data for the purpose of resolving complaints other than those mentioned above in points (i) and (ii), filed by persons who consider themselves prejudiced, based on the legitimate interest of the Organizer and/or them.

The Organizer may also process personal data for the defense of its rights, the application of the provisions of the Regulation for legal defense and/or the initiation of other judicial or administrative procedures, including for the investigation of potential violations, the preparation of various reports, analyses and statistical studies regarding the organized marketing campaigns and their success, based on the Organizer's legitimate interest.

Art. 12.4. The categories of personal data processed are obtained directly from the data subjects and include: identification data (surname, first name, personal identification number, date of birth, username), contact data (telephone number, e-mail address, home address, contact address for prize delivery), as well as data regarding the game activity, necessary to be processed to establish the ranking of this Campaign.

Art. 12.5. The categories of recipients to whom the personal data processed within this Campaign may be disclosed are the following: the Organizer's contractual partners (such as SMS transmission service providers, software service providers, etc.), as well as companies belonging to the same group as the Organizer, for the purpose of carrying out the Campaign (including persons empowered by operators or associated operators involved in the implementation of the Campaign); the competent authorities in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

Art. 12.6. Data transfers collected within the Campaign may be carried out by the operator to other states in the European Economic Area. We currently do not transfer and do not intend to transfer your personal data or any part thereof to other companies, organizations or individuals in third countries outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.

Art. 12.7. Personal data will be processed for the duration necessary to carry out the Campaign and, subsequently, to comply with applicable legal obligations, including, but not limited to, gambling, financial-accounting, fiscal and compliance with legislation.

Art. 12.8. Campaign participants are guaranteed the rights provided for by the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, pursuant to the GDPR, namely:

a) the right to access data: you can request and receive confirmation from the Organizer regarding the details of data processing (what data we process and for what purpose, where and for how long we store it, who has access to it, etc.);

b) the right to rectification: if the data we use is inaccurate or incomplete, you can update it by requesting it (for example: if you have changed your telephone number or email address, you can contact us to update this data). This right can be exercised together with the right to restriction or the right to object;

c) the right to data deletion: you can request the deletion of some or all of the data we hold about you.

Important! We will not be able to comply with the request in all cases (examples: the law requires us to keep the data for a certain period; the data is useful to us for a legitimate interest, such as defending a right in court);

d) the right to restrict processing to the extent that the conditions provided by law are met: you can request that we no longer use the data concerning you, but only store it until another request that you have sent us is resolved, namely:

- request for data rectification;

- opposition to the deletion of data in case of unlawful processing;

- request to provide certain data for the defense of a right;

- opposition to data processing – see point (f) below.

e) the right to data portability: you can request that the data you have provided to us be communicated to you on a commonly used medium, in a machine-readable format. You can also request that the data concerning you be sent to another operator.

Important! The law obliges us to comply with the request only for data previously processed based on your consent or for the execution of the contract concluded with us and only if the data is processed by automated means.

f) the right to opposition: you can oppose at any time, for justified and legitimate reasons, related to your particular situation, the processing of data concerning you, in accordance with the legal provisions.

Important! The law obliges us to comply with your request only for processing carried out for direct marketing purposes (example: if you receive advertising emails from us, you can request to unsubscribe). In other cases, we are obliged to carry out an analysis of each particular situation before making a final decision. Therefore, please also explain to us why you object to the processing when making your request.

g) The right not to be subject to an automated decision-making process: as a general rule, you have the right not to be subject to an automated decision, if it produces legal effects or similarly affects you, to a significant extent (example: automatic refusal to conclude a contract with you, based on automated data processing).

In the case of automated decision-making processes used within the Campaign, as described above (for example, the use of the website random.org or other similar sites), you have the right to challenge the decision, express your point of view and obtain verification from a human factor, as detailed in the Regulations.

h) Right to withdraw consent: if we process data based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Important! The withdrawal of consent will only be effective for the future. Processing carried out for other purposes, such as the performance of the contract, will not be affected by the withdrawal.

i) The right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: if you are not satisfied, you can always contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, postal code 010336, Bucharest, Romania – www.dataprotection.ro) or the competent courts.

Art. 12.9. Art. 12.10. To the extent that, within the framework of this Campaign, Participants disclose personal data belonging to third parties, Participants confirm that they have informed these persons about the way in which their personal data will be processed and that these data are used for the purpose of conducting the Campaign, including for awarding the prize (if applicable), and that they have obtained the consent of the respective persons for this operation. Participants are obliged to inform the aforementioned persons about the content of this section, the rights they enjoy with regard to the processing of their data and the entities to which these data may be disclosed in the context of this Campaign.

Art. 12.11. The Organizer applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against destruction, loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or accidental or unlawful access, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.

13. Liability

13.1. The Organizer assumes no liability regarding:

(a) the accuracy, validity and completeness of the personal data provided by Participants;

(b) the impossibility of participating in the Campaign, loss of information or delays in registrations caused by circumstances beyond the Organizer's control, such as technical failures caused by internet providers, mobile telephony, courier services, etc.

(c) technical errors of the slot providers participating in the Campaign, printing errors or other errors in the virtual tickets obtained under the Campaign; For the avoidance of doubt, under no circumstances will more prizes be awarded than those provided for in the Official Rules.

(d) the inability of the Participant designated as the winner to take possession of the prize for various reasons not attributable to the Organizer;

(e) all damages suffered by any Participant designated as a winner in connection with the prize won;

(f) the quality or hidden or apparent defects of the prizes and benefits awarded under this Campaign. The manufacturer/supplier of each product/service offered as a prize under this Campaign will be solely responsible for remedying any defects, in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the warranty certificates, if applicable;

(g) delays in the delivery/handover of prizes caused by delays in the provision of services by postal service providers, etc.;

(h) prizes sent by post/other courier company that do not reach their destination or arrive in a damaged condition, due to improper functioning, due to incorrect communication of the postal address by the Participant designated as the winner or due to other causes not attributable to the Organizer or the persons for whom it is held liable;

(i) technical problems or the Participant's inability (browser errors, internet connection problems, hardware or software problems of the computer with which they access the Campaign Site, the participant's inability to work on the computer or browse the internet) that they may encounter when registering for the Campaign, for reasons unrelated to the Campaign Site.

(j) In rare cases, minor deviations or delays in the calculation of the score may occur due to technical or network reasons. The Operator makes every effort to ensure accuracy, but cannot guarantee a completely error-free process and is not liable for the effects of such situations.

(k) The trademarks mentioned (Apple, Samsung, Sony, etc.) belong to their legal owners. They are not participants, sponsors or partners of this Campaign.

14. End of the campaign

Art. 14.1. This Campaign may terminate before the date mentioned in Section 5, without giving rise to any right to compensation or damages from the Organizer, in case of force majeure, fortuitous event, as defined in the applicable Romanian legislation, other events that determine an impossibility of execution, in other cases provided by law, as well as by a unilateral decision of the Organizer. The termination or suspension of the Campaign will be brought to the public's attention by the Organizer by posting on the Site, in the shortest possible time from a practical point of view.

Art. 14.2. The situations considered in 14.1. are also assimilated to the pronouncement of decisions by courts or other competent authorities or to any legislative changes with an impact on the Campaign.

Art. 14.3. In the situations contemplated in this Section, the Organizer has no obligation to compensate or provide other compensation to the Participants.

15. Other clauses

Art. 15.1. These Official Regulations stipulate a set of minimum conditions that Campaign Participants must meet in order to be considered eligible for participation in the Campaign, as well as for winning the prizes awarded by the Organizer within the Campaign.

Art. 15.2. Registration in the Campaign implies for the Participants the unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of its requirements.

Art. 15.3. Any violation of the provisions of these Official Regulations or of any legal provision gives the Organizer the right not to award the prizes to the persons thus declared winners.

Art. 15.4. Any cases not provided for in these Official Regulations will be resolved by decisions of the Organizer, which are binding on the Campaign Participants, and if this is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts within the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Bucharest. The law governing any aspect related to these Regulations is Romanian law.

Art. 15.5. Any complaints related to the Campaign can be sent to the following address: suport@maxbet.ro . After the end date of the Campaign, the Organizer will no longer consider any complaints. Complaints regarding the prize won, after the moment of its transmission to the Winner, will no longer be considered by the Organizer.
